We were called in as an assistant to the elves to add educational elements to a website that helps children everywhere track Santa's path on Christmas Eve. Our added features, homepage redesign, and new partnerships led to a 397% increase in time on the site, 15M+ views on our short films, and 200+ international press articles.

Task

Santa Tracker is a fun, educational and interactive way for kids of all ages to celebrate the holiday season. As project co-lead, we worked with a project manager to bring together the incredible Google Developer Platforms teams and talented agencies like UpperQuad to build an amazing collection of games, experiences and videos.

Our Approach & Solution

It was exciting to channel the team's enthusiasm and talent to focus to education, with coding and geography games sprinkled throughout the site. Features were optimized to fit any screen, so anyone could track Santa on the ho-ho-go
