The Development Strategist is a lifeline to SRC, helping us grow in these crazy times. As new and old clients approach us with a project, you work with the Business Director to understand their needs, our roster and our strengths, and where they best overlap. You love diving in deep with the client, getting a feel for what they need, and figuring out how we can best create the team to solve a joint problem. You can create an inspirational, high-level pitch (alongside a designer) to really get the dreams going for everyone in the room through descriptive language, beautiful imagery, and knowing when less might be more. Simultaneously, you can dive into the details to create an initial scope and budget with the business manager to ensure we create a feasible proposal. And, this is just the start. We want to hear creative ideas for how to reach new clients, double down on projects we’ve loved, or take an entirely different approach if needed.
